We're heading down south for some deliciously creamy cajun pasta all done in one cast iron pan!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Ground Cayenne Pepper
  • 4 Sliced Sausage
  • 1.5 lbs Shrimp
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic (or Garlic Paste)
  • 1 tbsp Chipotle or Tomato Paste
  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Rigatoni Pasta
  • Butter
  • Olive Oil
  • Parsley (Optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Season and Cook Shrimp with Butter and Oil
  2. Brown Sausage
  3. Cook Onions, Peppers
  4. Add Garlic, and chipotle paste, wait till fragrant
  5. Add Whipping Cream and simmer down
  6. Add Parmesan Cheese to thicken
  7. Cook Pasta
  8. Add everything back to pan a mix
  9. Top with Parmesan Cheese and Parsley
