We're heading down south for some deliciously creamy cajun pasta all done in one cast iron pan!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Ground Cayenne Pepper
- 4 Sliced Sausage
- 1.5 lbs Shrimp
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic (or Garlic Paste)
- 1 tbsp Chipotle or Tomato Paste
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
- Rigatoni Pasta
- Butter
- Olive Oil
- Parsley (Optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Season and Cook Shrimp with Butter and Oil
- Brown Sausage
- Cook Onions, Peppers
- Add Garlic, and chipotle paste, wait till fragrant
- Add Whipping Cream and simmer down
- Add Parmesan Cheese to thicken
- Cook Pasta
- Add everything back to pan a mix
- Top with Parmesan Cheese and Parsley
