A unique take on an old classic. Deviled Eggs. This recipe is similar to one I make myself and are always a party hit. Who doesn't like spicy crab!
INGREDIENTS
- 8 Eggs hard boiled
- 8 ounces Crab Meat
- 1 stalk Celery, diced
- 1 Spring Onion, diced
- 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Creole Kick
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard (I used Creole Mustard)
- 1 Tbsp Relish
- Salt & Pepper to taste
