- 2 tbsp oat flour, or processed rolled oats
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen (150g)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 340°F (170°C). Grease or line an 8x8 inch (20x20cm) baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, eggs, chosen sweetener (maple syrup or agave), and oat flour. Whisk together until smooth and well incorporated.
