Pineapple Jalapeño Salsa
Fruity and tangy salsa with a kick.


  • 1/2 cup pineapple finely diced
  • 1 medium tomato finely diced
  • 1/2 medium onion finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño finely diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Prepare the ingredients
  2. Optional: Separate the tomato flesh from the seeds and pulp. Slice tomato in half crosswise, then squeeze the pulp into a food processor. Puree the pulp.
  3. Dice the tomato flesh into ~1/4" cubes.
  4. Dice the onion, jalapeño, and pineapple into ~1/4" cubes.
  5. Grind pasilla chile into a powder.
  6. Add all ingredients to mixing bowl.
