INGREDIENTS
- 5 lbs. chicken thighs
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. dry thyme
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 tbsp. dry parsley
- 1 tbsp. creole seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp. adobo seasoning
- tbsp. oil
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF
- Cut off all the extra skin/fat
- Rinse the chicken
- Pat it dry
- Put all your seasonings into a bowl and mix it up
- Cover all sides of the chicken in the seasoning
- Put the chicken onto a baking dish and throw it into the oven. Bake it for 40 - 45 minutes. Until the internal temperature is 165°F.

TIPS: For best results put the seasoned chicken onto a pan covered in plastic wrap and let it sit for 2-3 hours (preferrably about 12 hours - overnight) before baking.
