What does 30 minutes of jump rope every day for 30 days look like?

Have you ever tried a jump rope challenge?  To many it may seem like a minor thing.  I mean, it's jumping rope.  Kids do that for hours.  What's the big deal?  Yeah, it's not as easy as you think.  If you've never done something like this you'd find it is quite the challenge.  Take some before and after photos.  Maybe take photos every 10 days so you have a couple in the middle as well.  You'll be amazed at how hard this is to do AND what it does for your body.  Give it a shot.
