Beautiful Queen Anne's Lace. Although this sounds (and looks) like it is painting with a glue gun. It is not. It is drawing with a glue gun and then paint pouring as well as finger painting over the top of it. Popular yet standard technique. Use the glue gun first. Put your paint over it once it dries.
