Leave it to Cher to make a puffer jacket feel like a headlining costume. The superstar brings her unmistakable presence to Moncler’s new Re/Icons 2026 campaign, which also features Grace Jones and JENNIE.
Wearing the brand’s white Himalaya and black Verone jackets, Cher adds a vivid yellow scarf with a little show-business history attached. It recalls her famous Bob Mackie scarf dress from The Cher Show. In the campaign film, a playful tug on the scarf sets the surrounding dancers into motion—a wink to her legendary television reveals.
The stories behind the polished images are equally entertaining. Speaking with Vogue, Cher admitted she still gets nervous about photo shoots. Familiar collaborators helped her feel comfortable, and she requested Stevie Wonder when the music on set wasn’t doing the trick. She also loved her long skirt, despite repeatedly tripping over it, and joked that the campaign’s fabulous sunglasses never made it home with her.
That combination of glamour and candid humor makes the campaign such a pleasure. Cher can command a fashion set with a glance, then make you laugh about the practical hazards of looking that fabulous. Even bundled up for winter, she knows how to bring the heat.
