This is the BEST OXTAIL STEW RECIPE! The meat was so tender it was literally falling off the bone. This can also be made in a slow cooker/crockpot or instant pot. Plus I'm also serving it with white cheddar grits.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of chopped yellow onions
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 green scotch bonnet pepper chopped
- 1/3 chopped green onions
- 1/3 chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- salt to taste
- 3 tbsp island vibe seasoning
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar (note I used regular white sugar
- 1 can coconut milk
- about 4 to 5 cups of water
