These mini sweet tarts are easy to make, completely no-bake, and perfect if you want a simple bite-size dessert with a soft, creamy texture. The crust is made with crushed cookies, the filling has a fruity taste, and you can use any flavor you like. The topping is smooth and looks really nice with a simple decoration.
INGREDIENTS
For the Cookie Crust
- 200 g (7oz) Plain cookies without filling
- 1/3 cup (75g) Butter at room temperature
- 2 Tbsp (25g) Sugar (optional)
- 1 to 2 Tbsp Milk (and a little more if necessary)
For the Filling
- About 1/2 cup (150g) Blueberry jam, or any flavor you prefer (make sure to use a thick jam)
For the Topping
- 1/2 cup (75g) White chocolate
- 1 Tbsp Milk at room temperature or slightly warm
- Oil-based food coloring
