Bruno Mars and KAROL G slow things down for “Still,” a tender new collaboration that brings together two of music’s biggest international stars for a song built around love, vulnerability and the fear of losing someone who means everything.
Featured on KAROL G’s 2026 album NO ME ARREPIENTO DE SENTIR TANTO, “Still” is particularly notable as her first song performed entirely in English. Rather than leaning into the reggaeton and Latin pop sounds that helped make her a global superstar, KAROL G steps into a smooth, soulful pop ballad that fits naturally alongside Bruno Mars’ signature romantic style.
The song imagines what would remain if a relationship suddenly ended. Instead of anger or revenge, “Still” focuses on the little pieces of love that might linger afterward—the memories, keepsakes and feelings that aren’t so easily erased. KAROL G and Mars trade perspectives before their voices come together, turning the track into a conversation between two people contemplating just how much they have to lose.
The official music video makes the collaboration even more special. Released September 2, the video combines intimate black-and-white behind-the-scenes footage with scenes from the pair’s first live performance of “Still” at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. KAROL G surprised the crowd during Mars’ August 15 concert, performing the song together in front of more than 50,000 fans.
“Still” has already made its presence felt on the charts as well, debuting at No. 41 on the Billboard Hot 100.
It may be an unexpected pairing on paper, but “Still” proves KAROL G and Bruno Mars make a pretty convincing musical match. With two distinctive voices, restrained production and plenty of old-fashioned romantic heartache, the song feels less like a flashy superstar collaboration and more like two singers simply letting the emotion do the heavy lifting.
