Marie Webb has been building a name for herself over the last 15 years with her bright and colorful creations.
But this summer, Webb, who has Down syndrome, has been working with a team at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design University to bring Webb’s latest designs to one of the world’s biggest fashion events.
