INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb Medium ground beef
  • 1 Small Chopped onion
  • 3 Clove Chopped garlic
  • 1 Box Kraft Dinner
  • 1 Medium Can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 Cup Frozen peas (You can use fresh as well.)
  • 1 Can Corn (I use sweet corn. You can use 1 cup of fresh corn too.)
  • 1 1⁄2 Cups Old sharp cheddar cheese, grated

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add some oil to a pan over medium high heat. Place the ground beef in and fry until cooked through and browned. Move the beef to one side and add in the onion and garlic. Saute until fragrant.
  2. Add in the cheese from the box of Kraft Dinner, tomatoes, milk, and pasta from the Kraft Dinner. Stir until combined and bring to a soft boil. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, peas, and corn. Stir once again. Lower the heat to medium low, place a lid on, and simmer for about 10 minutes until the pasta is cooked. Remove the lid, sprinkle the cheese over, place the lid back on for about 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
  3. Serve and enjoy your shipwreck ground beef skillet.
