If you're someone that jumps on everything peppermint during the holidays then these are perfect. Nice and easy.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
- ¼ cup crushed candy canes for topping (optional)
Chocolate Ganache:
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream (I used 35%)
- ½ chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 350
- Melt the butter over low heat
- Add chocolate chips and continue mixing until melted
- Mix everything together in bowl
- Dump in 9x9 square pan lined with foil
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
