I personally love the flavors of a roasted salsa verde because the flavors are deeper and earthier. This green salsa is great for tacos, enchiladas, carne (meat) and so much more! INGREDIENTS
- 5-6 Fresh Tomatillos
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Serrano Peppers or 1 Jalapeno Pepper
- ½ White Onion
- ⅓ Cup Fresh Cilantro
- 1 ½ - 2 tbsp Kosher Salt
- Olive Oil
