This is a super easy Louisiana style cajun crawfish boil in the instant pot or pressure cooker. We have added all types of goodies such as corn, potato's, mushrooms, sausage, onions, and garlic.

INGREDIENTS (SPICY VERSION)

  • 3lbs of Crawfish
  • 4 sticks of unsalted butter
  • 5 tablespoons Minced garlic 
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • 16 oz. chicken broth 
  • 1 Tablespoon of:  
  • Chili powder 
  • Red pepper flakes 
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Pepper 
  • Tony Chachere’s Creole Cajun season 
  • Oregano 
  • Old bay 
  • Paprika 
  • Cayenne pepper 
  • Accent 
  • Pepper 
  • Badia Louisiana Cajun
  • Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning 
  • Louisiana Cajun seasoning 
  • Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • Crystal Hot Sauce
  • Zatarain’s Cajun Hot Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Zatarain’s concentrated liquid shrimp and crab boil 
  • 2 lemons
