When it comes to food, few things ALWAYS hit... this recipe just happens to be one of them. You can't go wrong with this Cajun Alfredo (if you have a shellfish allergy, use chicken. and or sausage) .
INGREDIENTS
- 12 oz fettuccine noodles
- 1/2 lb Crab Meat (lump, claw, special, whatever is on sale)
- 1lb Large Shrimp
- 4 tbs Butter
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 1.5 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Shredded)
- 1/2 Cup Pecorino Romano Cheese
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tbsp flour
- 3 cloves garlic (Minced)
- 1/2 Cup Dry White Wine - optional
- 1 lemon - optional
- Creole Seasoning
- Old Bay
- Ap Seasoning
- Diced Parsley
