This 2 Ingredient bread is the easiest bread for beginners to make! This basic white bread has no yeast, no eggs, no oil or butter. It is a no knead, no rise recipe. Just mix and bake!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups Self-Rising Flour (250 grams)
- 1 1⁄4 Cups Milk (I used Whole) (300 grams)
DIRECTIONS
- Simply mix flour and milk until combined. Will be a batter-like consistency.
- Pour into a well-oiled bread pan.
- Bake in a 350-degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
- Turn out of the bread pan and brush with butter.
- Enjoy your simple loaf of homemade bread!
NOTES
- For self-rising flour you can use Method 3 of this recipe.
- Best with butter & jam, peanut butter, soups, egg salads, etc.
