EASY Two Ingredient Beginner Bread
This 2 Ingredient bread is the easiest bread for beginners to make! This basic white bread has no yeast, no eggs, no oil or butter. It is a no knead, no rise recipe. Just mix and bake!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Cups Self-Rising Flour (250 grams)
  • 1 1⁄4 Cups Milk (I used Whole) (300 grams)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Simply mix flour and milk until combined. Will be a batter-like consistency.
  2. Pour into a well-oiled bread pan.
  3. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
  4. Turn out of the bread pan and brush with butter.
  5. Enjoy your simple loaf of homemade bread!

NOTES

  • For self-rising flour you can use Method 3 of this recipe.
  • Best with butter & jam, peanut butter, soups, egg salads, etc.
  • This is a fantastic recipe for children, beginner bakers, or when you need something quick and easy!
