INGREDIENTS
Blend 1
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
Blend 2
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
- To a medium bowl, Choose Blend 1 or Blend 2 above. Mix until the seasonings are well blended.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer 3-5 minutes at 380°F.
- Once the air fryer is ready, spray with some non-stick spray and add the chicken thighs in a single layer with the flat smooth-side down.
- Cook for 10 minutes. Flip and cook another 5-10 minutes until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Once done, the chicken thighs will be tender and juicy and the edges crispy. Remove from air fryer, let cool, then enjoy with your favorite sides.
