Using only two ingredients I'm guessing you've never considered this version of "fries".

INGREDIENTS

  • Potatoes
  • Cornstarch
  • Salt/seasoning (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Basically these are rolled fries. 
  2. Shave the potato to thin slices. 
  3. Soak them a moment to get out some starch. Pat them dry. 
  4. Sprinkle on cornstarch. 
  5. Roll them and close them with a toothpick. 
  6. Fry them up to golden brown. 
  7. Sprinkle on some salt or your preferred seasoning and you're good to go.
