Brownie Mix Cookies
Made with brownie mix, these soft, chewy cookies are delicious — and they're quick and simple too!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips, nuts, cranberries (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, water and vegetable oil.
  4. Stir until the mixture is well blended and resembles cookie dough.
  5. If desired, fold in your chosen mix-ins.
  6. Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each scoop.
  7. Use a cookie scoop or spoon to ensure even-sized cookies.
  8. Bake the cookies in the oven for 8-9 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly soft.
  9. (The cookies will firm up as they cool.)
  10. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
