This workout is FUN, easy to follow, hip shaking, and perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Great way to get steady state cardio all while low impact. Do this workout weekly or whenever you need a pick me up!
We will be using 1lb. wrist weights (optional) from LaceUps, and 2-3lb ankle weights. This added resistance does help to level up the workout and add a little toning to the arms and legs. I wouldn't go any heavier as it can result in overuse injury in the shoulders.
