Hell's Kitchen is a brutal competition that pits America's best chefs against one another in a fight to the finish. Over its two decades, the show has introduced some incredible talent to the global restaurant scene.
Even though most of these chefs were established professionals prior to winning the show, the competition definitely increased their profile in pop culture. However, more fame doesn't mean greater success in the industry, though it certainly has worked out for the better in some cases.
