In today’s video, we’re going to discuss the nine circles of Hell as they are presented in the Divine Comedy. The Divine Comedy is a 14th-century epic poem written by Italian poet Dante Alighieri, consisting of three parts: Inferno, Purgatorio, and Paradiso. It is an allegorical journey through the realms of the afterlife – Hell, Purgatory, and Heaven – serving as a reflection on human sin, morality, and redemption.
