Crock Pot Lasagna
Ever consider making Lasagna in the Crockpot? It's always fun to be creative and try new things. This is delicious! Give it a shot!

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 ounces shredded Mozzarella Cheese (3 cups)
  • 3 ounces shredded Parmesan Cheese (about 1 cup)
  • 16 ounces Ricotta Cheese
  • 3 tbsp Half and Half
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 6 cups Meat Sauce (45 ounces)
  • Lasagna Noodles uncooked
  • 1 lb ground Beef

TIP: I use chicken, turkey or a combination of the two. Makes it more lean and less grease. Better for the heart. Less cholesterol and calories.
