Ever consider making Lasagna in the Crockpot? It's always fun to be creative and try new things. This is delicious! Give it a shot!
INGREDIENTS
- 10 ounces shredded Mozzarella Cheese (3 cups)
- 3 ounces shredded Parmesan Cheese (about 1 cup)
- 16 ounces Ricotta Cheese
- 3 tbsp Half and Half
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 large Egg
- 6 cups Meat Sauce (45 ounces)
- Lasagna Noodles uncooked
- 1 lb ground Beef
TIP: I use chicken, turkey or a combination of the two. Makes it more lean and less grease. Better for the heart. Less cholesterol and calories.
