This is an easy to follow Chicken Fried Rice Recipe. This easy Chicken Fried Rice is loaded Chicken and Veggies and only takes 20 minutes to make! A much better and healthier option than takeout!
INGREDIENTS
- 2.5 - 3 cups Long Grain Rice (cooked and chilled the day before for best results)
- 1.5 - 2 lbs Chicken (I used boneless skinless thighs) Breast will work also
- 3 large Eggs, lightly scrambled
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 2 cups mixed frozen veggies, Corn, Peas, and Carrots
- 1 small white onion, chopped or diced (optional)
- 1 tbsp minced Garlic
- 5 green Onions
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce (add more if needed) to taste
- Salt and Pepper to taste
