In this routine, you’ll start with a quick warmup to get your body prepared for the work ahead.

You’ll work on hammer curls, weighted punches, dumbbell rows, renegade rows, and so much more. Be ready to activate your arms in just 10 minutes and use whatever weight you feel most comfortable with to ensure a challenge at any level.

If you don't have dumb bells you can get that at 5 Below (in store only), in My Shop or for lightweight ones use filled water bottles.
