10 Habits to MASTER Your Emotions
To master your emotions, you must effectively develop your emotional intelligence, which can take a long time. It is a psychological challenge, and it will test you.
  1. Positive experiences - think of the good in life
  2. Mental movement - work out...yoga is love! and so is weight lifting
  3. Ask yourself questions - talk to yourself friend, answer yourself too...we all a lil nutty
  4. Label your feelings - I know it's 2022 but labels are necessary sometimes 
  5. Buying satisfaction - get you some flowers, chocolates, an XL pizza...or take yourself out on a solo date. Buy that $40 face cream so you can feel the most magical of all the unicorns
  6. Distinguish your feelings - understand your emotions. You're not angry, you need sex
  7. Self expression - write poems, get you a journal that locks, dont forget the passcode 
  8. Mantras - positive self talk. My personal fave "Im a bad ass bitch ain I"
  9. Understand your emotions - allow yourself to feel, cry it out 
  10. Personal space - man cave/she shed, "gtfo  my kitchen while I'm cookin", social distance, all that
