To master your emotions, you must effectively develop your emotional intelligence, which can take a long time. It is a psychological challenge, and it will test you.
- Positive experiences - think of the good in life
- Mental movement - work out...yoga is love! and so is weight lifting
- Ask yourself questions - talk to yourself friend, answer yourself too...we all a lil nutty
- Label your feelings - I know it's 2022 but labels are necessary sometimes
- Buying satisfaction - get you some flowers, chocolates, an XL pizza...or take yourself out on a solo date. Buy that $40 face cream so you can feel the most magical of all the unicorns
- Distinguish your feelings - understand your emotions. You're not angry, you need sex
- Self expression - write poems, get you a journal that locks, dont forget the passcode
- Mantras - positive self talk. My personal fave "Im a bad ass bitch ain I"
- Understand your emotions - allow yourself to feel, cry it out
- Personal space - man cave/she shed, "gtfo my kitchen while I'm cookin", social distance, all that
