INGREDIENTS
- 3 Eggs (Separate the white egg from the yolk)
- 2/4 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup Oil
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1 full lemon, juiced
- 1 and 1/2 cup Self Rising Flour (purchase or make your own)
- 3 tbsp Lemon Zest
Bake at 330 Degrees for 20 to 25 minites, or until it's golden brown.
