INGREDIENTS

  • 1x8.5 Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅛ cup milk
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 can creamed corn

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit and grease an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Pour cornbread muffin mix into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add eggs, milk, oil, and a can of creamed corn. Mix well.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and starts to crack.
  5. Serve with whipped honey butter or hot honey butter.
