This Jerk Shrimp recipe is a one skillet protein that utilizes pantry friendly ingredients to create a taste of the islands right in your own kitchen.
INGREDIENTS
- 1- 1/2 Ib Colossal shrimp
- 1/2 pack penne pasta shells
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 green bell pepper,sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 orange bell pepper, sliced
- 2 stalks scallions-chopped
- 3 cups Heavy cream
- 4 tsp, Jerk seasoning (divided)
- 2 tbsp green seasoning (divided)
- 2 tsp garlic powder ( 1 tsp for the shrimp)
- 2 tsp onion powder ( 1 tsp for the shrimp)
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 1 packet Sazon seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning ( 1/2 tsp for the shrimp)
- Pinch of black pepper and salt to taste if needed
