A toasted Italian sub wrap packed with deli meats, meltedprovolone, fresh veggies, and zesty dressing, all wrapped in a crispy tortilla.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tortilla wraps
  • 9 slices provolone cheese
  • 9 slices salami
  • 6 slices ham
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • ¼ cup banana peppers
  • Shredded lettuce
  • 3 –4 tomato slices halved
  • ¾ cup onion thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup deli dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Mayo for spreading
  • Butter for toasting

DIRECTIONS

  1. Lay your tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of mayo across the surface.
  2. On one half, place slices of provolone cheese.
  3. Layer salami, ham, and pepperoni evenly over the cheese.
  4. Top with banana peppers, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and sliced onions.
  5. Sprinkle garlic salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Drizzle deli dressing over the top.
  6. Fold the tortilla over the fillings and press down gently to seal.
  7. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wrap in the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Flip carefully and cook another 2–3 minutes until crispy and the cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from heat, let it rest for a minute, then slice diagonally and serve hot.
