Everyone has probably heard of a seafood boil, but have you heard of an egg boil? This method of cooking eggs this way was certainly new to me, but this is the latest viral recipe on TikTok and eggs are boiling all over the place! Loaded with flavored and vibrant colors.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 potatoes
- 7 eggs
- 1 andouille sausage
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 2 tbsps hot sauce
- 2 tbsps hot sauce
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp creole seasoning
- 1 tbsp Lemon pepper
- 1 tbsp chili powder
