It couldn't be simpler. You likely have all 3 ingredients in your cabinets already.
To make this Glaze you need:
- 1.5 cups confectioners' sugar
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
That's really all there is to it. Now...this will make quite a bit but it is used here to cover a bundt cake. If you are trying to cover a lemon loaf instead (smaller) you can use:
- 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
If you are doing a bunch of cupcakes and such you'll need a larger batch. Watch Martha doing it all from scratch. You'll need a lemon squeezer.

- 4 lemons (4 tbsp lemon juice)
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
