How To Make Haitian Epis
Learn exactly how to make haitian epis, the haitian version of green seasoning. Similar to sofrito, this haitian seasoning can be used for meat, poultry, and fish.


  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 2 onions
  • 1/2 a bushel of parsley
  • 1/2 a bushel of cilantro
  • 4 stalks of scallion
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 2 chicken bouillon 
  • 1 scotch bonnet pepper
  • 1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
  • 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 oz of water (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)


NOTE: Depending on what blender you use it may come out runny. Omit the water. You really don’t need it!
