Just a few simple ingredients and you have this family friendly dinner recipe for Crock-Pot Pesto Chicken!

INGREDIENTS

  • 21.5 ounces Cream Of Chicken Soup ((2 cans – 10.5 oz. each) look for gluten-free varieties if on on GF diet)
  • ½ cup Pesto
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 2 pounds Chicken ((Boneless skinless chicken breasts or tenderloin, cut into strips))

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Spray a 5 to 6 quart crock-pot with non-stick cooking spray or line with a slow cooker liner if desired to make clean up easier.
  2. Place the strips of chicken at the bottom of the crock.
  3. Measure and combine the cream of chicken soup, pesto and sour cream in a bowl.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Spread mixture evenly over chicken strips in crock.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
  7. Serve chicken over cooked noodles or pasta.
