"This cake is not a typical "Coffee Cake" with cinnamon. It is a chocolate chip cake with real coffee.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp instant coffee powder
- chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8x2-inch baking dish.
- Add all of your dry ingredients to the bowl first and stir it all up.
- Add to that your melted butter and eggs. Blend well.
- Transfer to your lined baking dish and top with chocolate chips.
- Bake in the preheated oven until edges start to crisp and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, Typically 20 to 25 minutes.
