Bagel Bites
If you love bagels, but hate the work that it takes to make them, then prepare to have your mind absolutely blown. The Viral TikTok 2-Ingredient Air Fryer Bagel Bites are soft, pillowy, bite-sized bagels that are not only so simple and easy to whip up on a whim, but also happen to be gluten-free. Can you believe it?!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Cup Gluten-Free 1:1 Baking Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Dairy-Free Yogurt or substitute greek yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. First, decide whether you want to make these bagel bites in an air fryer or in an oven. Both turn out equally as well, though an air fryer is quicker! If using an air fryer, move onto the next step. But if using an oven, preheat your oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Then, set aside.
  2. Next, in a large bowl, mix together your gluten-free flour and yogurt until a dough forms. It will be on the stickier side, but that is okay!
  3. Grease your hands using a little bit of oil, so that the dough doesn’t stick to them, then use a spoon to scoop out a small spoonful of dough. 
  4. Roll it in your hands until it forms a ball, then coat it in the everything but the bagel seasoning, if desired.
  5. Repeat until all of the dough has been rolled into balls!
  6. Finally, place your bagel bites into your air fryer basket, or line them up on your baking sheet.
  7.  If using an air fryer, cook them at 350 F for 10-12 minutes. if using the oven, bake them for 16-18 minutes.
  8. Once done, let cool, and enjoy!

TIP: If you don't have baking flour or self-rising flour you can make your own.

Air fryer everything bagels! Nutrition per bagel (makes 4 bagels) 156kcal 0g fat 26g carbs 11g protein INGREDIENTS: 1 cup flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 1/4 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt 1 egg white Everything bagel seasoning INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Add flour, baking powder, and salt to a large bowl and mix. Then add Greek yogurt and fold everything together with a rubber spatula, the dough will be crumbly. 2. To a flat floured surface, knees the dough for around 2 minutes until no longer sticky (it shouldnt stick to your fingers when done). 3. Separate dough into 4 balls. Roll each ball into coils and connect at the end to form your bagels. Brush the tops with egg white then cover in everything bagel seasoning. 4. Air fry at 300 F for around 15 minutes (making sure not to overcrowd air fryer).
