Aussie Meat Pies
The classic Aussie meat pie has a golden flaky crust and perfectly rich beefy filling.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Sheets of Puff or shortcrust pastry
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 Medium onion - finely diced
  • 1 Tablespoon of cornflour or cornstarch
  • 2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 7 oz  Beef stock
  • 6 oz Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 Beaten egg
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Oil for frying 

You'll need 4 pie tins.
