The classic Aussie meat pie has a golden flaky crust and perfectly rich beefy filling.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Sheets of Puff or shortcrust pastry
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1 Medium onion - finely diced
- 1 Tablespoon of cornflour or cornstarch
- 2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
- 7 oz Beef stock
- 6 oz Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Beaten egg
- Salt and Pepper
- Oil for frying
You'll need 4 pie tins.
