INGREDIENTS

Dough:

- 400g (3 ½ + 2 tbsp) bread flour (sifted)
- 9 g (1 ½ tsp) Diamond kosher salt
- 14 g (1 tbsp) crisco shortening
- 14 g (1 tbsp) unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 tsp (10 g) apple cider vinegar
- 1 large egg
- 4 g (1 tbsp) fresh rosemary (chopped)
Egg Wash:
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp water
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Herb Butter:
- 113 g (½ cup/1 stick) unsalted butter (softened)
- 4 g (1 tbsp) fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder '
- 1/4 tsp salt
