Walmart is your go-to for everything. It's the closest, cheapest and might-I-add most convenient place to go for those late-night cravings. It sells a diverse range of products, not all of which are of the highest quality. That's not to say that I dislike Walmart, of course.
We're talking about the class of products that are covered in this video, with an emphasis on canned food. Canned foods are often cheap, yummy and nutritious: tuna, tomatoes, and spinach make a great salad.
Tomatoes and tuna in canned foods make good food choices not just because they taste good but are nutritious too. But others like canned soup and veggies contain so much bad stuff you want to avoid.
