Soulidified brings smooth harmonies and plenty of romantic swagger to “Man Ain’t Me,” released October 2, 2026. Their first single for Atlantic Records, the track pairs an early-2000s R&B spirit with a confident message: your current man has competition.
Produced by Grammy-winning producer Troy Taylor, the song finds the quartet making its case to someone unhappy in her relationship. Shade Jenifer, Malik Heard, Bradley Rittmann, and Landon Boyce blend their voices around a flirtatious hook, keeping the mood playful and the groove front and center.
The accompanying music video takes that chemistry into a repair shop, where fixing cars shares the schedule with winning over the leading lady. Directed by Benji Allen, it features Brooklyn Van Zandt and choreography by Marty Kudelka.
After forming on Netflix’s Building the Band, Soulidified is taking another step toward establishing its own musical identity. “Man Ain’t Me” offers a clear introduction: vocal harmony, dance-floor energy, and enough attitude to make that title sound like a challenge.
