Eggs in hell is a spicy Middle Eastern dish that gets its name because the eggs are delicately poached in a robust sauce.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 onion
- 1 Jalapeño
- Pinch of pepper
Sauce
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional for extra heat if the Jalapeño isn't enough)
Unlike in the video make sure you really whisk that sauce until everything is combined. Keptchup and all. Nice and smooth.
This would be perfect over some rice.
