This is a scene from the (1989) film 'Tap' with the dancers Gregory Hines and Suzzane Douglas. The music is from the song 'Cheek to Cheek' written by Irving Berlin for the (1935) movie 'Top Hat' starring Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. In the clip there are also glimpses of Sammy Davis Jr. and a young Savion Glover.
