As a gymnast myself for years I thought it would be cool for someone not in gymnastics to witness the "trust" one has in the process and knowing they're going to land when you have to just "feel" your space. The problem Simone Biles was having. You need to be in the right mindset mentally or you can get seriously injured or killed. Check out these videos of gymnasts wearing a GoPro.
