Duncan visits a cashew factory in Phuket (yes, you read that right) to get the lo-down on cashew production. The method shown here is the traditional way cashews were harvested and picked from the cashew pear. A lot of places still use people to perform this hard labour. Including children and prisoners. No wonder cashews are so expensive.
