This is the easiest brownie recipe you'll ever make, and it's healthier compared to other brownies.

It's a single serving brownie (easy portion control!).

Only 220 calories and still indulgent.

 

1 MINUTE BROWNIE RECIPE

(makes 1 brownie)

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp ground oats or oat flour
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup, honey or agave1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a coffee mug, add the ground oats and cocoa powder, and mix together.
  2. Add the applesauce, milk and maple syrup (honey or agave), and mix using a fork until a smooth batter is formed.  Make sure there are no lumps on the bottom of the mug. 
  3. Stir in the dark chocolate chips and sprinkle some on top.
  4. Microwave on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes, which really depends on your microwave (find your sweetspot).
  5. Let it cool for 1-2 minutes, then top with some flaky salt and dig in.
