This is the easiest brownie recipe you'll ever make, and it's healthier compared to other brownies.
It's a single serving brownie (easy portion control!).
Only 220 calories and still indulgent.
1 MINUTE BROWNIE RECIPE
(makes 1 brownie)
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp ground oats or oat flour
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup, honey or agave1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a coffee mug, add the ground oats and cocoa powder, and mix together.
- Add the applesauce, milk and maple syrup (honey or agave), and mix using a fork until a smooth batter is formed. Make sure there are no lumps on the bottom of the mug.
- Stir in the dark chocolate chips and sprinkle some on top.
- Microwave on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes, which really depends on your microwave (find your sweetspot).
- Let it cool for 1-2 minutes, then top with some flaky salt and dig in.
