INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs Chicken Wings, split into drumettes and flats
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- The Level Up A Rub (to season flour)
- AB’s AP Rub (to season flour and wings)
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, The Level Up A Rub, and AB’s AP Rub until well combined.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
- Dredge the seasoned chicken wings in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off any excess flour.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
