INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings, split into drumettes and flats
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch
  • The Level Up A Rub (to season flour)
  • AB’s AP Rub (to season flour and wings)
  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, The Level Up A Rub, and AB’s AP Rub until well combined.
  3. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
  4. Dredge the seasoned chicken wings in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off any excess flour.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  6. Place the coated chicken wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  7. Air fry the chicken wings at 380°F (190°C) for 14-18 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy.
