Cooking lobster tails can be intimidating, but it’s actually very quick and easy to prepare.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lobster tail
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 lime or lemon juice
- 1 garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp old bay seasoning
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Melt the butter
- Add sesonings
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 lime or lemon juice
- 1 garlic cloves
- Cut "fins" off bottom of the lobster tail if there are any.
- Cut down the middle of the tail shell along the top and separate. Making a "cavern" down the middle of the tail meat.
- Pull meat from the inside of the tail while leaving the tip attached. Clean out anything that doesn't look appetizing.
- Add seasonings
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp old bay seasoning
- Baste lobster with butter sauce. Top and bottom. Front to back. Every inche of the meat.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
