Give the bird a little TLC and she'll repay you with the juiciest most mouth-watering chicken you can make at home. We like to call it "fauxtisserie." Just as good as that grocery store rotisserie roast chicken, but more impressive (because you made it).

INGREDIENTS
- 1 - 4 lb Whole Chicken
- 3 Large Russet Potato
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 stick of Butter
- 1 tbsp AP Flour
- 1 tbsp Butter for Roux
- Poultry Seasoning (or dried thyme, sage and marjoram)
- Dried Garlic
- Black Pepper
- Salt
- Sugar
